50% downpayment secures dates
Rental balance, fully refundable security deposit $300 (may be higher for younger groups), and State taxes (6%) due 2 months prior to stay (if time allows)
Cancellations before the pay in full date will receive all of their downpayment minus a $200 booking fee, cancellations after that date will not get a refund (minus $200) unless the home is rebooked for those dates reserved
